I've worked in IT for over ten years, but computers have fascinated me since I was fourteen. Training as an IT specialist for system integration taught me how much depends on different systems working together cleanly. Every company, every school, every local authority has its own processes and requirements. I look at how your business actually works, then build a solution that fits you.
I'm a fan of clear, direct communication. No ticket system, no rotating contacts, no long waits. I take an interest in how you work and use what I have to help. You bring the problem; together we take care of the solution.

From the on-premise environment to the cloud — I take care of the whole Microsoft side, whether that's Windows Server, Active Directory, or Microsoft 365. Making sure everything works together cleanly and the permissions are right.
Servers that just run and nobody notices — that's really the goal. I set up Linux servers, keep them current, and fit them cleanly into existing Windows environments when that's what's needed.
Not every problem has an off-the-shelf fix. That's when I build something that actually holds up and fits into what's already there.
IT security matters more than ever with ransomware and phishing attacks on the rise. I take care of firewalls, VPN, zero-trust access, and segmented networks to keep your business protected.
A backup is only interesting once you actually need to restore it. A job showing green every night doesn't prove a restore will work when it matters.
IT in schools and local government runs differently than in a regular business — tight budgets, aging hardware, and strict data protection rules. Through my training and years of working closely with these organizations, I know these quirks firsthand and what actually matters there.

Yes, of course. Munich is my home base, but I'm regularly on-site in Crailsheim and the Hohenlohe-Franconia region too.
It fits best if you don't have your own IT team, or have one that's stretched thin, and want one steady contact instead of another ticket in a queue.
Depends on how urgent it is. My top priority is getting you back to work without having to think about it. The bigger the emergency, the faster I'm on it.
A larger IT firm gives you more people behind you, but also more changing faces. With me it's the other way round: one person who actually knows your systems, but no 24/7 team in the background. Depending on what you need, one fits better than the other.
